As a CNA with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in:

• Providing high-quality, personalized care to our senior clients in their homes.
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect, including:
  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Safe transfers and ambulation
  • Medication reminders
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes in condition to supervisors.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients.
• Offering meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Following established care plans and working collaboratively with the care team.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Hold a valid and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Has a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Possess a genuine desire to care for seniors and a commitment to their well-being.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and a respectful attitude towards clients.
• Can follow instructions and work independently while being part of a team.
• Have a strong understanding of basic hygiene, safety, and infection control practices.
