At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care to seniors, allowing them to age with dignity, comfort, and independence in the place they love most – their own homes. We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team.

As a Home Health Aide with Home Instead, you will:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to our senior clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Mobility assistance and safe transfers
  • Medication reminders
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. 
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors and family members.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance
